Step 2: Enter Personalised details in the 'Notes' section at checkout (ie. To & From, and a personal greeting you may like to include). If no note is left, the generic voucher will be emailed without personalised details.
Step 3: You'll receive your gift voucher as a JPG and ZIP file via email. Simply print, pop into an envelope, and your gift shopping is sorted! Vouchers are typically generated in a timeframe ranging from 10mins - 5hrs after purchase, but please allow up to 24 hours for your voucher to be generated and processed.
- Your gift voucher will contain a single-use unique code, which can be used on any item available on the Earthdrawn Studio online store.
*IMPORTANT - Please note: This is a digital voucher to be printed by the purchaser. No physical voucher is dispatched and no shipping costs are associated with this voucher. Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers.
GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Gift Vouchers are in AUD and redeemable towards the purchase of any prints available online.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and can only be used in a single transaction. The single-use unique code is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed/reloaded after the expiry date. It is up to the voucher holder to use the full value of the voucher before the expiry date.
Cash will not be given for any unused balance; unused balance on expiry of the Gift Voucher will not be refunded or credited.
When the cost of the purchase exceeds the voucher balance, the voucher holder is required to make up the difference with another payment method.
