APRIL 2020 - COVID-19 Shipping Timeframes Update

As you may be aware, COVID-19 is having an impact on the world and some of our services we rely on. Although orders are packed and dispatched as soon as possible, please bear with us if your parcel experiences delays during transit. Shipping rates:
Australia: Orders over $99 receive FREE SHIPPING. For all other orders: $9.95 flat rate shipping including tracking notifications.

International: Shipping starts from AU$23.95 depending on the destination country and the shipping method you choose. Options include Standard Shipping (2-3 weeks), or Express International (2-4 business days).

Whilst most orders are dispatched same or next business day, please allow 1-3 days processing time when placing an order.

Delivery estimates:
United States: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-8 business days
I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
