You've seen the pretty prints - now for the fine print! We're a small business and we love our beautiful customers (you!) to bits! Earthdrawn Studio would not exist without your support, and we're here to help you. We do have a few Terms & Conditions we'd like you to read, and please contact us if you have any questions.


Shipping details
Please make sure to check your shipping details carefully when completing your order, and contact us immediately if you have made a mistake. Once dispatched, we can try our best to redirect your parcel but cannot be held responsible if shipping details are not entered correctly during checkout.

Shipping timeframes
Orders are packaged and dispatched promptly, but delivery times can vary depending on the carrier and destination. Typical timeframes vary from 2-8 business days. COVID: Please allow for possible delays due to Covid-19.

Packaging
All orders are packaged with excellent protection, and leave our hands with an enormous amount of love & care. Greeting Cards, A4, and A3 prints are all dispatched in 700gsm rigid sturdy mailers, fully protected. A2 and A1 jumbo prints are rolled immediately before shipping, packaged in completely protected mailing tubes.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Rest easy! We'll look after you - that's our job after all! We can probably count on one hand the total times an order has ever arrived damaged! If this does happen to your package, please provide photo evidence and further information, and we will fix the situation for you wherever possible.

Can I return my print for a refund?
As a small business, every effort is made to ensure that art prints are displayed, produced and packaged thoughtfully with love & care. Many of the products in the range are custom printed to order, including all A2 and A1 size prints. In addition, we cover the cost to ship all orders over $99. This policy is also in place to prevent the illegal and unauthorised reproduction of prints followed by a request to return original purchased prints. While we strive to make sure everyone is happy, unfortunately due to the nature of our art prints we're unable to provide refunds based on the above factors, so we kindly ask you choose carefully before placing your order. But please contact us if you have a problem with your order and we'll do our best to help.

What if I've chosen the wrong size print?
We do offer the option to easily exchange your prints for the preferred size. Size guides are listed on each item's page. Please note, these exchanges only apply to the same design. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please get in touch if you need to swap your print sizes.

I'm shopping for a gift. What if they don't like the print I've chosen?
We understand that choosing a gift can be a difficult decision. That's why we offer the option of gift giving made easy! Our Gift Vouchers take the stress away, and allows your recipient to browse the collection and choose what they love most. If you have purchased something as a gift and you do have any issues, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
